Moby Dick Redesign

My take on a re-imagined cover for Herman Melville's Classic Moby Dick. Because of Moby Dick's stature in American Literature, I wanted to let the classic iconography speak for itself. I created the whale shape in Illustrator and chose to fill it with a photographic element of rough waters to capture the feel of the book.
